Legero Lighting India Pvt. LTD Noida's Finest

"I recently purchased a Legero LED hanging light (XL-3650, CL-901-9W) from Trivandrum - Lakshmi Electricals for ~ 20000 Rs. While trying to install it, the electricians found that it's not working. I called the electrical shop and they routed me to Legero Kerala location - service manager ( I think so ) person, one Mr. Sajid. He told me that a service person will be arranged to deal the issue and somebody contacted my electrician and they did some troubleshooting over phone. This process continued till next day but nothing worked and my electrician conveyed to me at the end that he has no hope now. I was also tensed as the house warming date is near and I didn't wanted anymore delay. So I called the Electrical shop and they told me to call the manager person again so that he will speed up and send somebody to my location. I called Mr. Sajid again and things started going worse from there. He shouted at me right away when I addressed myself. He called me a 'wrong person' and further told that my words and deeds are wrong. He was questioning me why I called the Electrical shop for the 2nd time as it will spoil their reputation. I asked him to take back the words he used at me and talk politely but he continued to curse me on what all manner possible. I was literally shocked and disconnected the phone. Later I called Lakshmi Electricals again and told the whole incident, they promised to take back the product and replace it with some other reputed brand. The only thing I asked them was to give a product whose service person has some kind of respect and consideration towards their customers !! Sorry Legero for this review, but I was really hurt by the manner you treated me !!"
